Videogames are for geeks/nerds.
This is a concept my girlfriend seems to believe. No matter how many people tells her that it's OK or that they also play games, she doesn't seem to take that idea off her mind. She's surprised when she learns that her colleagues and so many people around her play games, but after the shock she goes back to 'it's for geeks anyway'. According to her in Japan playing games is more geeky than in the West, but I have a hard time believing that... it's probably the environment she grew up with.
Fortunately, she respects me so much that I can play a game all day, all week and she won't say anything.
No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.
