1. Seem understandable what EA is trying to do though they really need to put some focus on the 360 community considering thats the community where the most preorders and more likely most sale will go toward.
2. I dont see how his comment of “flat out superior” is anything out of the ordinary for a rival company. Hell treyarch and Infinity ward had some word with each other between COD4 and WaW. Both parties wanted attention and chose to do so some immature manner. You can also argue that he is correct considering the technical aspect that Frostbite 2 can do over the aging COD engine. However sales will still show MW3 will be the dominate force.
3. I heard this to be a rumor and havent seen it confirmed...either way Id rather have more content on multi disc rather then less one a single. Like the article said..not a big deal...less someone wants to make it one.
4. Er...i dont even know. Not sure what this means...
5. This is actually where Im bothered...but not because of the exclusion of xbox footage...but what real footage have we been shown on ps3? We have the jimmy Fallon footage which the footage looks like it was compressed. I heard people discuss how the video feed from console to on air wasnt the highest quality that could have been done. I dont know anything about that but either way the reception wasnt great for what the fans had seen. So the next thing DICE would do is release a trailer to counter the doubt. Showcasing some awesome ps3 footage...no. Instead we get a streamed conference demo that's low quality of the co op mode on ps3. what gives?
I expect BF3 to look great on all platforms just like Bad company 2 did. Im pretty sure Medal of Honor showed EA and DICE what happens when a "beta" is launched looking and feeling like an "Alpha". So with the Beta coming in September they better be ready.
Back on topic, I dont see this claim being accurate. If anything I see DICE being a developer trying to focus on each console and using their spec to their fullest potential. Maybe Im wrong...
