Are BF 3 Devs using PS3 Fanboy propaganda to hype BF 3 over MW 3?

i so avoided making this thread cause its pointless and really has no grounds to prove its point.

as it stands i'm looking to buy my first CODMW game(although unfortunately i've played them all) and my first Battlefield game for PS3.
