Sega Master System: another great icon in the industry but as i continue to post and gather research about the past i see that most consoles have only sold half of the NES in sells and not many have done that. not even the 4th, 5th, and 6th gen NES successors have sold more then 36m units WW! this is getting depressing. well Alex Kidd in Miracle World is its best selling game and the console went on to sell a disapointing 13m units in sells ww.
Sega Dreamcast+ (managed 10m before being discontinued. VGC has it at 8m)
Game Boy/Pocket/Color- (known as the gameboyline on wikipedia this break away handheld line managed to sell 200.20m units WW and can claim both in being the best selling hand held console and best selling console period which is a feat not likely to be reached even by the 150m selling PS2 which has seen sells slowdown in resent yrs for various obvious reasons. on the market for 11 yrs its likely the only handheld to be on the market for that long if it weren't for Sony's PSP but PSP will likely only reach 100m units in comparison.)
