this how the way i see it third party japanese games on Wii, 360 and PS3 are bad in general

so if japanese developer i try to make games on PS2, DS or PSP

it's simple Japan is becoming fully Portable gaming lovers Period.

I'd agree with that statement in general, but that doesn't stop developers from trying. There are far more JRPGS announced for the Wii than the PS3 and 360 right now. Lots of artistic games like Oboro Muramasa and King's Story are in development for the console as well. It's true that the recession has hit the home console market hard in Japan, but the 3rd party market that's left really is given no choice but to make Wii games if they wish to develop for a home console.

Exactly!

When a japanese developer plans to bring a JPRG or other Japan oriented title, is going to put it in the console that sells the most software and has lowest costs, or is it going to put in a console that struggle to sell more games than machines?

Support is coming. At least in Japan. Just wait a couple of month till Square Enix drops the bomb ;)

think about it what is the point of games on the wii if it's going to bomb because japanese Wii gamers are buying Wii fit, Mario Galaxy, Wii Play and all the other mini games

That's basically the reason why many of the major Japanese third parties like Capcom, Konami, and even Square Enix are now looking to the West for growth. Even the smaller Japanese studios like Koei are looking West (they have set up a new development studio in Canada). It seems like it's chaos over there as nothing seems to stick for many third parties on the Wii and there's currently not enough PS3s or 360s sold there in order to help third parties.

I'm not sure where you are getting the idea that they are looking to the West. Sega, Namco, Capcom, and Square Enix comprise the major Japanese developers (Koei in the past, but they have been slowly dying for years). Sega and Namco are publishing the vast majority of their games (and RPGs in Namco's case) on the Wii. Capcom has given fairly even support accross the board, but they gave their strongest Japanese franchise to the Wii (Monster Hunter).

Square Enix is certainly trying to spread out their support this generation, but they have publicly denounced the Xbox only recently, while stating the DS, Wii, and PS3 were their primary focuses. None of which are particularly Western based... They did make a multiplat with a Western Engine in Last Remnant, but the success of that game both in Japan and in the west remains to be seen. So far, every attempt at a quality RPG on the 360 has been a huge megaflop in sales.
