I hope you meant 100USD? Cause if you marry a woman who is 23, by YOUR calculations, you'll be paying 23,000 for the ring!

As EYE (I) understand it, it's supposed to be about a month or a month and a half of your pay.

In any case, my wife is gonna be blinging something serious.

GAH! I hope that is net and not gross. No way I am dropping $10,000 on a ring. I think about 2-3 grand is fairly acceptable as long as the ring looks nice and is well made maybe as high as 5 grand. Than again I would rather put that money into a home.

 

Personally I don't think it really matters how much you spend but how nice it is.

 


Whats so bad about using a months salary to buy a ring?
