I wouldn't bet my left testicle on it, but I'm pretty sure that most, if not all, of the gameplay footage released so far has been PC.

Bethesda has said it's all 360 footage and you can tell from the texture resolution - as well as the foliage in certain scenes.

I don't think we've seen any PC footage yet.
