They find out weeks in advance that way we know what to project for sales and also to have a supply stock if any new bundles / hardware are being sent to stores. Basically I find out depending on when / if they feel its appropriate and required for me to know. In the case of the 3DS I was aware of the impending cut, but not of the PS3 cut that just happened. |
