Is anyone in the path of Hurricane Irene?

I live in nyc so I'm getting hit pretty hard. Public transportation is being shut down and I'm sure that times square is gonna be shut down. Where I live, I'm not really getting hit hard but my friends that live like 40 blocks up above me have been issued a flood warning.
