i think the reason why only some games have custom soundtrack on PS3 and all of them do on 360, is some kind of patent. It was brought up at the beginning of the gen. Ill have to look to find more info.

yea i think i heard something about that, but MS preventing Sony form this custom sound track thing should have an adverse effect on the music indusrty as Sony s one of the biggest record companies in the industry and could work with Interscope and others to prevent MS from even having copyrighted music on there home console.

you might be right, i cant find any info on it, it might just have been a vicious rumor around the time when the whole PS3 vs 360 was at its peak. It might just be an oversight from Sony, it is possible for all games on PS3 to have it, but its something the devs have to patch or put in. Im sure most are not willing to do that
