Its the cover of a music album from Sound Horizon titled Marchen. The way the leader re-masterized their concert before putting them on blu ray is really amazing, something not seen before. Its not for everyone one though, its an opera-theater throwing all genre of music together, classical or metal being more prevalent depending on the song.
