As for the game being a shooter, if ME2 is a shooter, so is Uncharted which last i checked did pretty well on the PS3......

Actually Uncharted is more like Tomb Raider which PS fans are accustomed to ... btw Uncharted series sells nowhere near 360 levels RPG's, Fighters, Platformers, Action/Adventure and racing games are PS genre's |
And Mass Effect is more like an RPG, which PS fans are accustomed to.

Still wrong PS fans are generally JRPG fan's ME is a shooter with a heavy RPG element( or vice versa if you like) we have never played RPG like ME thats more PC, 360 type RPG
