No they're not, they usually come fridays.

Japan is the one that usually come on Fridays. EMEAA's # are usually the first numbers we get sometimes on a Wednesday, most times on Thursday. The last 2 weeks were a little different with NA being posted on Monday. But WW with all 3 regions is usually a go by Friday...
