Is there someone who you often disagree with ideologically but still view as a hero?

Wouldn't necessarily say "hero". More like a revolution inspiration.

Trust me, I know what he did was afterwards was disgusting, and I don't support communism whatsoever.

Gandhi I both respect as a hero, and I support most of his ideology. This thread asks about people we for the most part disagree with, so I didn't mention him.

but it also ask if you view them as a hero.
