Bullshit, I could easily go and say the opposite, that all people who say there is an improvement is an XBOX 360 fanboy.

Anyway, I haven't even talked about the difference between the two games yet, all I have said is that the footage doesn't even look legit, has piss poor quality and looks absolutely nothing like it would look on a big screen.

The image looks like it is being filmed off-screen, blacks are crushed, colours are over-saturated, what person in their right mind would use that video as a comparison, especially without even posting a source.

And as an observation as both games discussed in the op are 360 games, why wouldnt we be talking about the improvements?

The video maybe off screen, but noteable improvements can be seen. I have just about finished Forza 3 all the way, and can clearly see the differences. Especially the car models.

But hey who would have thought this thread would hhave drawn in GT5 and arguements like this. 

Its quite a poor advertisement for VGC actually.
