This one isn't causing much contempt.
So far the only nations that have come out completely against what is happening are Iran and Venezuela (no suprises). Some other nations - notably Russia - have been disapproving of what they see as overstepping the resolution allowing the intervention, but they will also be happy to see Gadaffi gone. In much of the Middle-East there is support for the revolution in Libya and in much of Libya there is support for the NATO intervention.
As for what happens to Libya, it's a tough question. The hope is that the TNC is strong enough to unite Libya until elections happen which will almost certainly be based around tribes and Islam. There is a possibility of Libya splitting into Cyrenacia and Tripolitania. Worst case scenario is probably tribal warfare.
