I would agree with that with the caveat that if SE didn't make it because Disney wants it on the Wii but SE refuses (which I doubt they would) then if Disney managed to make a deal with Nintendo to develop it using Disney/Nintendo characters then it would have a good chance of being good.

If that were to happen I would hope that Disney would be the one making the story as Nintendo is so much more gameplay focused and for a game like Kingdom Heart I do not think it would be the best path.
