You are actually the first person to mention GT5 here dude, why would you do that? Everyone was talking about F3 and F4, only Richard REMOTELY pointed to GT5 and that was weak at best...you jumped the gun big time.

I am tempted to regret ever posting my original post in here, which DID hint at the whole partisans console war angle to Forza vs GT5, that happened awhile ago. For me, it is tired to see the driving games used as ammo in console wars. Forza 3 did get run through the hypefest by XBox partisans to blunt GT5, after GT5 side did go off the deep end saying how awesome it was GOING TO BE, and so on, and then the end report was disappointment over it. At this point, I have defended GT5 to some degree, in that I wish people would STOP holding out as some sort of graphics powerhouse. And, as far as driving games go, I own GT5 AND Forza 4 and also the latest Project Gotham Racing.
And now, the cycle continues, with how the latest Forza is supposed to blow away the last. Sheesh...

I didn't think you were. I was just using that as a chance to explain why I did post the original message, and note I said "tempted to regret" so I don't regret posting it, just was maybe a bit tempted to post.
The thing I see in the whole bringing up Forza and so on, is that it isn't just for the game, but the fact that it is a first-party console exclusive, raves about the latest iteration is an indirect shot in the console wars. I see this taking shots caused GT5 to end up suffering also in the end, due to the hype it had to live up to.
