The tournament's over and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Valve has also said they will be hosting "The International" every year as well, so I'm happy about that.
The finals were fantastic, I was thrilled when I saw Pudge being picked. The only hero yet to be seen that was available in the hero pool was Axe. Though having 45 out of 46 heroes being picked during the tournament is a great amount of variety. I cannot recommend watching the first match of the finals enough, absolutely incredible play.
Now all I can do is await my beta invite =(
