I had to go on youtube just now to see what the fuss about this person/song is. I couldn't get past the first "Firday friday" chorus. It was truly awful. But when I hear a crap song I turn it off. And that's the end of it. Man people need to get angry and critical of stuff that actually matters in this world.

Really? The masses only hate that bad for a two reasons: Jealousy or prejudice or lust denied. There's no other reasons for the vitriol to be so visceral. I don't think it's rejected lust, and what I'm reading doesn't look like prejudice. That leaves jealousy. This is personal attacks on her as a person. If it was just people trashing the song that might be coming from a different place, but when people hate a total stranger that comes from a very dark place. Sad, sad people.
