I have personaly 2 resons:
1- 360 controler is MUCH more comfortable and precise than the PS3's. I don't like fighting games, so the D-pad dosen't matter.
2- I made a lot of friends with Halo, Gears and Crysis 2 with live, and I can talk to them any time. There is no such a interation with the PSN.
