Well its definetly got a tough fight in Japan, but I'm not saying Japan is worthless, but at current circumstances it can afford to lose it. Of course that means it'll have to do extra better in Europe/Other and America.
But I personally think its biggest struggle is in America. I mean in Japan and Europe/Other its really only had one competitor: Wii. but in America its got both Wii and 360, which is not a good thing. And taking 3rd there would be tragic. PS3 has got to find a way to make ground there and by leaps and bounds. It can't afford to take even a close 3rd place there.
