I say a 5.
Why? Because it's the only generation where I literally have insufficient time to play all the games I want. And I don't mean just want, I mean really want. I'll likely still be playing current gen games 2-3 years into the next generation.
EDIT: On second thought, I rate this gen a 4 so far. Simply because I have to rate it as of today, but the best is yet to come for this gen.
