Should all military branches in the Commonwealth be named Royal (Ex Royal Navy)?

Being in the Commonwealth does not mean your Head Of State is Queen Elizabeth, in the case of Canada it is, while for India or South Africa, it's not. I see no issue with countries with Elizabeth as head of state using the 'Royal' prefix.
