Meh, Motorola is pretty much dying but I see how the patents make it a good deal.
What I want to see is Apple doing something with their reserves. Soon they'll have enough money to premium-buy majority stakes in the likes of Intel, although I think its unlikely for them to go at such heights unless they are deliberately trying for the riksy.
I mean, nothing like some $70 billion to start anew if things go to shit.
