Well I started playing it.

Up to 35% of the trophies but like others have said it will be a heavy grind to get the plat and I don't think I have the time for that right now.

Considering the most you can get is 65,500 XP on any given stage (yes, it's the cap), which is probably only possible on a few stages (takes like 30-45 minutes, too), it will take a while to get all 4 armors to Level 8 (you need like 793,000 XP to get to level 8). That's not mentioning that you need 8.2 million credits (XP and credits are the same) in order to buy all of the weapons for all of the armors combined.

I was more worried about the 500 survival waves... ( of course you could be totally cheesy and only do wave 1 500 times but that kills all the fun and is kind of retarded in my view).

I do waves 1-4 by myself on the fourth Survival stage (get spider kills on waves 2 and 4, with gunship kills on 3 and 4), so it's not much more than doing 1 wave over and over. Also, make sure you get killed whenever you restart, since I've heard of a few people who didn't have their waves saved if they chose to restart in the middle of a wave. I just wish there was a way to get some kind of upgraded weapons during Survival, since I don't think anyone could get past Wave 6 alone (on the fourth map, at least) without being really, really good at the game.
