You are right in a sense everything around us is made in a way to allow life the natural laws are incredibly fine tuned a tiny change and everything would fall into pieces. Just the slightest change and complex forms of existance would be impossible. Molecules wouldnt hold atoms would decay too fast heavy elements wouldnt exist and so on. Thats when religion sayed it would be too big of a coincidence for life to exist at all. And its true the coincidence is too huge. But with a multiverse we would have millions of universes without life for everyone with life so ofcourse life forms in the universes with life ask themself how can it be that the universe is so perfect for life all those wonders around us someone had to create it this would be true if the universe has absolutely constant natural laws and is the only one and nothing came before then it would indicate a creator but science doubts it all there unified theorys predict multiple universes also natural laws seem to change on long distances so we might just be in the corner that allows life and it wouldnt be coincidence anymore. On the other hand you could say god is infinite why should he create just one reality so ofcourse we will find out that there are more then one universe. There is no objective reason to believe either way. You cant reason logically about it its a feeling that some people have some not. Its also not the easier way to not believe its a different way thats it. |
Hmmmm ... That's one way to put it,but..
Science theories that millions of universes exist are impotent,"Where" and "How many" science doesn't tell, and even if that's a given , the assumption that life doesn't exist in every universe is beyond science right now, as wired as it sounds life might exist everywhere around in some kind of "spreading" that god has chosen as god is the ultimate wisdom a believer might say, and the reasoning for that will be different from one to another.
Science stating that the universe is in some kind of movement , it's expanding at faster and faster rate ,so maybe at some point it was all about this planet and its natural laws that allow life .. maybe.
By what I said about things that are too complicated to exist by chance I didn't only mean what you understood, I was also talking about meanings that beyond us,some higher meanings that we can't do anything about,like time and how it affect our reality ,like death the certain fate of us all,Humanity itself ,all the fabulous "things" we can't see like emotions and thoughts .
It's much deeper than a mere feeling that some people have and some not, it's what you can see and feel in all the things and meanings, a way of analyze and understanding I might say, which of course brings so many painful thoughts and questions like why did God created us , I mean it's like an inner "why should I even bother" , being different doesn't mean it's not easier, the one can't just be a believer.
