I'm far from a god here but my advice would be:
Have boobs and asses in your sig.
I think having a recognizable avatar and nick is important.
...and other things other people have already pointed out.
No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.
