if i were retailers i wouldn't even put the game on shelves cause its a ripoff to the consumer.

They publishers/developers just forgot that it's the retailers that are helping them sell their games. Piss them off and they'll just selling your game, lol.

Besides with digital around the corner they don't really want to screw with selling games. Look what happened to PC games.
Retailers hardly sell any these days and the market hasn't crashed, the sales just moved online where in the end the publisher is a lot happier ( no used games sales, lower distribution costs, Steam takes a smaller margin than most brick and mortar stores..)

lol i was going to mention that but left it to someone very observant to figure out. after that action it would be up to the consumer to say fuck you and your restrictions, but with download there'd be no need for those restrictions but who would be happy without resrtiction? only the consumer right lol!
