You'd be surprised. Rights for gay people are less fleshed out then you'd think.
In a lot of countries and states it's actually perfectly legal to fire someone because they are gay.
As for the topic at hand... I'd call it silly, but that's as far as i'd go.
Reminds me of the guy who created the "United White Person's College Fund" just to make a point about the various racial scholarships like the "United Negros College fund".
Afterall, if one is legal, both HAVE to be legal.
