You seriously think it's a good thing to buy the game NEW at $20 or even at $1?
Let's say the game retail for $60. After factored in all the expenses to get that game to retail for you to buy, let's assume the break even price of the game is $25... Someone has to foot that loses and whoever that is, isn't going to be happy with you buying it for $20 or less.
