When a statement is put out from ANY company, it's coming from a REPRESENTATIVE.
Peter Molyneux is the CREATIVE DIRECTOR of Microsoft Games Europe, which makes him probably one of the biggest representatives they have. Yes, it's HIM talking, but he REPRESENTS Microsoft when he says that. If you're going to try arguing that point, you're ignoring some pretty major facts.
