Where exactly is Tokugawa Ieyasu? Akbar the Great? Suleyman the Lawgiver?

there influence is pretty low if you talk all the over the world

In addition, you don't have a single Chinese ruler in spite of the fact that China has been the world's most advanced civilization for most of human history.

i would have included them but there are too many rulers that contributed, there isn't one significant and they are a pretty closed soceity who don't care what goes on outside there boundries.

there civilization has always had strenght but they keep it to themselves

Also, considering that your descriptions of those rulers sound more like advertisements, I'm not sure if this thread is to be taken seriously.
Now, I could go on to criticize how you seem to consider military expansion an important aspect of ruling when this has mainly (but not entirely) been a European habit and civilizations such as India, China and Japan have usually been concerned with internal affairs instead, I won't because there are already enough blatant flaws in this thread.

i know the eastern soceity doesn't care about the outside world.

but my aim was who has contributed to change and shaping of the modern world.

eastern soceity keep to themselves but now we have learnt that the world has to work together.

they can't keep to themselves forever, that limits human advancements and now they have fallen behind.
