I think your problem is that you keep misunderstanding me. All countries celebrate their traditional culture. Pretty much all national holidays are ceelbrations of 'traditional culture'. Pride events were developed by minorities (groups that were excluded from the 'traditional' spheres of a society) to express their own cultures or identities. The fact thata majority and privileged group (such as whites or heterosexuals) would want to develop 'pride' events, as a reaction to what minorities are doing, despite the fact that they're celebrated by the regular holidays/events that happen all year round (as they essentially represent the mainstream),only shows intolerance and the desire to manifest supremacy/superiority.

They are actual real contries recognized by the whole world and are full and legal members of UN. They are real countries.

They are real countries, and they're not. There's no real unity within those countries. As I said, they're just tribes lumped together by former European colonial powers. Why do you think there are so many ethinic conflicts in Africa today? Because the people in those countries don't see themselves as a 'nation' united by anything.

I was talking about white Amerticans. You were somehow extending this to the whole world, for some reason. And culture is constantly evolving, and is influenced by other cultures (or even subcultures). It still doesn't mean that minorities suddenly become the mainstream, jsut some aspects with which the majority is comfortable with.

So the whole world should be living in disgust, self loath and shame? You just keep astounishing me with every new post you make.

Realistically, we all should be disgusted with the world and with humanity. The world is a terrible place, inhabited by terrible people who are selfish and inteolerant and kill eachother for the most petty of reasons. People just ignore this (or don't even realize it, or simply don't care) and repeat the cycle over and over.

Still, it's the responsability of a society to protect it's citizens and assure they're not persecuted, even of those citizens are a minority population that was enslaved from Africa.
