What is happening in Syria is certainly confusing. One side is stating that the Syrian government are cometing crimes and killing protestors while the other side is claiming that their are armed protesters that are killing the Syrian soldeirs in the most brutal ways(I have seen videos on the Internet that can't be described). I as Syrian don't really care if the basar regime stays, but what really scares is what is going to happens if the regime fell. The horrible things that might happen if the regime went down are not so encouraging.

I have been watching the so-called "evidence" that the Syrian government is putting forward about these so called armed gangs. You can tell it's fabricated, just like when Hosni Mubarak began blurting out nonsense before his downfall. These soldiers that are being killed are being executed by other soldiers for refusing orders, and defected soldiers attested to this. The same thing happened in Libya: Anyone who refused orders was shot.

As for the horrible things that might happen: As long as it's a united stand from the people against the government, we won't have a Iraq situation on our hands.

Once this is all over, the entire Syrian army should be arrested and jailed for life.
