Unlikely, since semen liquifies after a while and it's componets are soluble in water. But maybe she noticed the water was, mmm, more mineral than usual.
Also, since even though it's possible there was a contaminant in the semen, it seems more likely the guy just got unlucky she thought the problem was in the water.
