Why would straight people want a celebration of their sexuality when everyday is a straight people's day? Tbh, joining a parade like that is just going to do nothing to prove your manliness/womanliness and probably would be just one of those events that could be forgotten after a two or three years. I'm pretty sure that Gay Pride Parade is going to disappear after the LGBT community have secured their rights just like how blacks doesn't really have that kind of event nowadays. And to those people who are using that why white people can't celebrate their whiteness? Simple, you U.S. Citizens, Canadians, Mestizos from Mexico, Central & South America and some colonized asian countries,British, Irish, French, German, etc just have so much difference in cultures compared to blacks (slavery,music,dance,african soil, etc) that it just can't be possible to have an event based on your fucking skin color without being too superficial.
