Regarding the sub-discussion about Germany belonging to Eastern Europe:
In the case of the German lady posted in this thread it's actually correct to call her a person from Eastern Europe. According to wikipedia Julia Bonk was born in 1986 near Magdeburg, i.e. she was born in GDR (aka East Germany) 4 years before this country ceased to exist.
OT: The Russian ex-olympic medalist from Tashkent, Alina Kabaeva, wins this contest. What a beauty (and her sports discipline was rhythmic gymnastics...). The picture with the Polish lady though is my favourite one and easily the hottest parliament shot I've ever seen.
Honorable mention of sexiest (ex-)president ever: Mistress Julija Tymoshenko (currently in an Ukranian prison again).
