bismark was great guy but i would say he was still small time content with one location and too low of influence to the world and didn't cause as much world change as the others

Charlemagne only did influene europe but europe has been the influence of most of what modern world is about so i would say he is pretty influencial

i can't add him to the poll as they cannot be rewitten

greatest rulers would have the greatest influence and cause world change

when you are a ruler,you create a civilization and a soceity and the world continues that

most of the world just doesn't speak english automatically

I'd describe a great ruler as somebody who brought along peace, prosperity and culture. So Augustus Caesar over Julius Caesar.
