the way I see it, if there's ever going to be equality for people on this planet, our differences will need to be ignored (or at least tolerated).
pointing out and celebrating or lamenting our differences only makes things worse imo.
same goes for slavery imo - shit times, but get over it, it happened to everyone at one stage or another in history.
