Final Fantasy VIII (PSN--solely for the music!)
Final Fantasy IX (PSN)
Any Persona game (never played one but it's getting a lot of love in this thread)
That's about all I can think of. My PSP library is already pretty hefty but if I can play/beat all of those games, I will finally be at peace. I need to buy another 16GB memory stick!
