It is a 30W difference in TDP, but that is NOT POWER CONSUMPTION. The only savings you get from the 2100T is due to it running at a lower clockspeed (2.5 vs 3.1GHz base) and lower turbo, and hence less performance.

As you can see the 2100T is worse in performance AND performance per watt, as well as being more expensive:
