There's no purpose of these laws. Celebrating "Gay pride parade" and "Straight pride parade" is one and the same. I consider them both meaningless. But if one is ok, the other should be ok too. As far as affirmative action is concerned, then its even more discriminatory against innocent people who may have never discriminated against the gays/blacks/etc.
