People seriously overestimate how dangerous not eating is. You wont die and you wont be in agony unable to do anything. First off modern day humans have so many reserves of vitamines and energy in their fat they will last up to half a year with just water before dying. It was never normal to eat daily in the biggest part of human history thats NEW.

Its not that your body misses something its like a minor withdrawal. Sure the longer you go the unhealthier and more dangerous it becomes but for under 30 days its quite healthy. (Ofcourse this doesnt apply to sick, pregnant women, old people and kids.)
