As far as I know the 360 is successful in every market it is for sale in other than Japan... 

One of its weakest markets for instance (Spain) it has an install base of  over 1m which is a success in such a small market... especially considering it is only their second machine and their first one, the original XBOX, sold next to nothing there.

So again.. some specifics please. 

(Dont believe everything you read in forums such as this.  The 360 has sold about 25m outside of the USA)

i was just saying for XBOX to be alot more successfull than it is now like the success it has in NA,MS has to do things differently

for example,360 became successfull as it had the it thing,low price and cool FPS but in the long term as brand building,it will will have problems
