I've played it for the 360 so I'll rate that version I guess.

Pros:
Great Story
Nice sound affects
Nice puzzles
Keeps you addicted for a while
Co-op is pretty darn fun.

Cons:
Long loading times
Not much replay value
gets boring a little while after you finish the game
