Because it's "trendy" and in with the kids of today. It's the same reason they put numbers into the names of games like F3AR AKA Fear 3, it's only there to catch the buyers interest no matter how little it does. When you see something out of the ordinary your more likely to look at it and in games case gives a better chance of being sold to "hipster" consumers. And on a final note I hate Hipster's with all my heart and soul.
