I doubt Nintendo owns rights to the title anymore.. its free to go where ever. Plus did nini publish the game? I forget. I need to look at the box when I get home from college.

Golden Sun was published by Nintendo, yes. But more importantly, Camelot is 2nd party to Nintendo, comparable with Rare in the N64 era. So unless Sony buys Camelot, Golden Sun stays with Nintendo.
