The prosecution did a horrible job of throwing everyone at Casey and didn't try to make the case simple, and provide the best evidences. When you do that, your not going to have a fantastic go as the defense can poke holes in the circumstantial evidence. Is the American justice system flawed? Yes. But I still believe that, overall, it provides good outcomes. Eventually, the court of public opinion will have its day against Casey, and we will find justice somehow, some way. |
What were you expecting exactly? A video of her killing the child? 'Cause in that case, it'll be hard to convict anyone.
