PS3 Broke (RLOD) & I Fixed It

I woke up yesterday afternoon (work nights) to my Wife and Son explaining to me that there is something wrong with the PS3.

So I go to turn it  and it would come on with a green light, beep beep beep, go red and would not turn on.

Did it a few times and knew the PS3 was broke, did a search online for Red Blinking Lights ad saw some guy on youtube take it apart, heat gun it, and add new compound.

So I started with this:

 

Sorry had some video on what I did, but it did not record, so we skip to the last part of it working.
